What to include when you manage more than one roof
A single-property question is easy to describe — a roof is a roof. A multi-location portfolio isn't, and the difference between a useful first message and a useless one is usually a few sentences of detail that save both of us a week.
The most useful thing you can tell us is what you already know about the warranty structure across your portfolio — a single national-account program with one manufacturer, a mix of manufacturers from different acquisitions, or no clear picture at all. That shapes the whole engagement more than square footage does.
If you're a facilities director, asset manager, or GC working from an audit requirement, tell us that too — documentation standards for a compliance audit are different from documentation for a single repair ticket.
Useful details for a portfolio inquiry
- ✓Number of properties and rough total roof area
- ✓Known manufacturer(s) across the portfolio, if any
- ✓Whether warranty documentation exists for each site
- ✓Any known active leaks or ponding issues
- ✓Audit or compliance deadlines, if applicable
- ✓Who the point of contact is at each site

Quick answers about reaching us
Technical questions about warranty compliance and repair methods are answered at length on the FAQ page.
Go to the FAQHow quickly will someone get back to me?
+
Calls placed during business hours are usually answered live, and if a crew is on a roof and nobody picks up, the callback is normally the same day. Form submissions and email are typically answered within one business day. If something is urgent — an active leak — say so in the first line and it moves to the front of the queue.
Do you have a local office I can visit?
+
No. We're a nationwide field operation — crews are assigned by project, not by a fixed regional office. Photos and documentation are handled remotely and on-site; there's no showroom to visit.
Can I send photos of my roof and any warranty paperwork I have?
+
Please do. Photos and any warranty documentation — even partial or old — are the fastest way to move a conversation forward. Email them to josh@contractorschoiceagency.com or mention them in the form.
Do you work with property management companies and GCs, not just building owners?
+
Yes. A large share of our work comes through property managers, facility managers, and general contractors representing an owner or portfolio, not directly from the building owner. Select the topic that fits in the form.
One more thing
If you're not sure who to ask, ask us anyway
A surprising share of the messages we get start with “I'm not sure if this is the right question for you” — about a roof that might not even be EPDM, a warranty document nobody at the property can explain, or a repair someone else already made that doesn't look right. Send it anyway. We'll tell you plainly if it's outside what we handle.
